Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Raj Patel (“we”). By using SahiSwipe, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

SahiSwipe is an information tool that estimates credit card rewards and compares cards, using card terms that are published publicly.

• We are not a bank, card issuer, lender or insurance provider, and we don’t issue or approve cards.
• We are not your financial adviser. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a promise that you’ll be approved for a card.
• The decision to apply for or use a card is yours.

We work hard to keep card data correct, but banks change their terms, and our data or calculations may be out of date or wrong. What you actually receive depends on your bank.

Always confirm rewards, fees, caps and eligibility with your card issuer before you apply or spend. If the bank’s terms differ from what we show, the bank’s terms apply. If you spot a mistake, please use “Report an issue” so we can fix it.

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Please don’t:

• Copy, scrape or resell our data or results in bulk, including with automated tools.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
• Use the site for anything illegal, or send false reports.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Links such as “Apply Now” take you to websites we don’t control. Your dealings with a bank are between you and that bank, and their own terms apply.

Some links may earn us a commission, now or in the future, at no extra cost to you. Commissions don’t change how we calculate or rank results.

The SahiSwipe name, design and software belong to us. Bank and card names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products being compared. Their use doesn’t mean those companies endorse or work with SahiSwipe.

SahiSwipe is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available, accurate or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from relying on the site, including rewards you didn’t receive, fees you paid, or a card application being declined. Nothing here removes rights you have under law that can’t be removed.

We may change or stop parts of the site, and we may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.
